International Women’s day celebrations

Every year we have been celebrating International Women’s day as mark to honor  Women Community. Around 2000 Women Leaders , employees from all Line Departments, educational Institutions  will be gathered  on this Occasion. The best workers, Women Leaders, Women Officers from all departments are identified and felicitated with “Stree Shakti” Awards. 60 Women leaders were felicitated during 8th March,2020. Dr. U.kavya Jyotsna, head of department-Social Work, Dr.B.R Ambedkar University presided over the event in presence of Smt.T.Sudharani, AGP and Yoga Teacher ,Art of Living, Dr.K.Bhagyalakshmi, Scientist- Krishi Vijnana Kendra and other prominent  Women from all sectors. Adolescent  Girls who developed science projects were also awarded with medals.
