Mr. Rao has 40 years experience in project planning, monitoring, execution and evaluation of education, health, and entrepreneur development programs. He was capacitated in logical framework, women empowerment through entrepreneur development, watershed management and sustainable agriculture in Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He was the key person to develop bridge course material for school dropouts and extended training to volunteers to run residential bridge course centers for child labourers' and school dropout children.
