Mr. Rao has 40 years experience in project planning, monitoring, execution and evaluation of education, health, and entrepreneur development programs. He was capacitated in logical framework, women empowerment through entrepreneur development, watershed management and sustainable agriculture in Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He was the key person to develop bridge course material for school dropouts and extended training to volunteers to run residential bridge course centers for child labourers' and school dropout children.

Mr. Rao has 25 years experience in extending and monitoring support for implementation of alternative education programs for school dropouts and mainstreaming them into the formal education system.

He has 30 years experience as a Homoeo Physician and extends support voluntarily to run Homoeo dispensary for poor people. He plays a key role in conducting training on First Aid Homeo services.

He has 20 years experience in implementing financial literacy programs and linking rural women and wage workers to banks for operation of financial aspects. Currently, he is expanding support to YCB in advocacy with banks.

He has experience in conducting training programs for rural women in garment manufacturing and jute bag making. He is playing a key role in promoting women enterprises.

Mr. Madhu Babu has 25 years experience in field of agriculture and gives practical training to farmers on natural farming

Educationist and working in government school and extending support towards education related programs like preparing teaching learning material, modules for teaching in Pre-schools, Primary Schools and High Schools, especially in Mathematics and Science. 

He has 25 years experience in execution of micro credit and micro insurance programs for the benefit of rural women. He is playing a key role for promotion of women Self Help Groups and nurturing them.
